The Wheeling YMCA is honored to host our Sixth Annual Dr. Joe Palmer Memorial 5K Run/Walk.  We are sure this will be a wonderful community event in memory of a great man. The 5K is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 5, 2023 starting at 8:45 am.  The course will start and end on the corner of the YMCA and St. Vincent School with post-race refreshments and awards to follow at the YMCA.

There is also a Kids Fun Run Free for Kids ages 3-6 in the field starting at 8:15 am.

All proceeds will assist the YMCA in our continued efforts as a community-focused, non-profit organization.  It is through both participation, as well as sponsorships that will enable the YMCA to continue this worthwhile community event each year.
